Lack of direction, losing money yearly, no systems in place, stressed out, working massive hours, no way out of current situation.
Started by getting finances and accounting in order. We then set clear monthly targets and created a strategy to fill the gap between current actuals and targets. Stage 2 was understanding the team and the skillsets of each employee. Once this was understood we started a training program and upskilled the team to increase output by over 25%. Stage 3 was opening a new division and increasing income through multiple streams. Stage 4 started a “load fund” to use on developing their own property portfolio.
Increase in income by 100% year 1, 100% year 2 and on track for another double level of growth. EIR is now almost fully systemised. Load account at this stage is almost $200,000. Business is expanding into Government and Council contracted work. 3rd Division operational and producing 5 figures. Team training is now a standard process.
