These terms apply to your use of upcoach.com.au (the “website”), run by Upcoach Business Growth Programs Pty Ltd (ABN 87 089 331 822) (“Upcoach”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

1. Our services

The website gives information about our business coaching and consulting programs and lets you request a free strategy session. If you join one of our programs, the separate agreement you sign for that program sets out its terms. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the program agreement applies.

2. Free strategy session

The strategy session is free, and there is no obligation to buy anything. We may decline or reschedule a session, for example if our programs are not a good fit for your business.

3. Information on this website

The information on this website is general information only. It is not financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and it does not take your particular circumstances into account. Please get professional advice before acting on it.

4. Results
